Talent Lead (RevOps)

We're looking for a full-time Talent Lead (RevOps) to join our growing team in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity for a born networker who thrives on helping others facilitate their dreams and goals while playing an instrumental role in continuing to grow our small team from the ground up. 

As a Talent Lead, you’ll be supporting Proposales on our ambitious journey by finding and retaining excellent people. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Your mission:

  • Find, attract and bring in the best talents onboard. You’ll be driving the full recruitment process from the first touchpoint to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships across Proposales, planning your hiring roadmap, reporting on your pipeline, progress and the challenges you're facing.
  • Develop Proposales employer branding and represent us at events. You’ll think up new concepts, employee value propositions, and ways to make Proposales the number one choice for sales and marketing talent across Europe
  • Shape our tone of voice on all things talent. You’ll write job descriptions and talent content, and also source candidates in creative and highly personalised ways 

A bit about the role:

  • Help us build the Talent function from scratch
  • Design and run the whole recruiting pipeline for the business and RevOps teams.
  • Develop sourcing strategy and research profiles for constant pipeline building.
  • Screen candidates and recognise the talent that fits with Proposales core values and culture and see beyond words on paper to the people you connect with.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the candidate from the first touch to onboarding
  • Work closely with Head of Organisation and hiring managers to determine current staffing needs and produce hiring roadmaps
  • Strategise! It's about building out a Talent machine!
  • Last but not the least, Proposales is a startup, so expect to move out of your comfort zone.

About you:

  • You are comfortable recruiting for any kind of role and can quickly learn new roles as needed.
  • You are comfortable building and owning the recruiting process, and managing the entire lifecycle of a candidate.
  • You are data-driven – this is less about KPIs and more about understanding recruitment metrics that allow you to adjust your approach
  • You pride yourself on exhausting all features of an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, collecting relevant data and leveraging it to create useful structures and processes that add value
  • You are entrepreneurial and driven. You need little hand-holding but know when to ask for help or guidance.
  • You are kind, warm, and thoughtful - as you'll represent Proposales to interact with hundreds of candidates you touch each year.
  • You have grit, consistency, and detail orientation - if we hire one in 200 candidates, you'd like to ensure the other 199 have a great experience. 
  • You stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Importantly, we’d love you to have been part of a journey similar to our forthcoming journey. You’ll have spent time in start-up environments, growing from a small founding team to bigger geographically distributed teams.
