Growth Manager (Customer Journey)

We're looking for a full-time Growth Manager (Customer Journey) to join our growing team at Proposales. This is a unique opportunity for you as a hybrid (designer/engineer/business developer) to see your work immediately and tangibly impact the bottom line of the business. 

You will be on the front lines of both the tech and business, owning all growth/product initiatives related to the entire customer journey — onboarding, activation, retention and everything else that happens after signup. The features you build and experiments you run will impact the business every day in building retention, revenue and efficiency for the Customer Success team.

Your mission: 

  • With a high level of autonomy, you’ll work closely with the Customer Success team, as well as your Growth colleagues, to ensure we continue to hit repeatable, scalable and consistent growth.
  • You’ll develop and execute growth strategies that drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

A bit about the role:

  • You'll build, ship, and maintain features designed to move key Customer Success metrics, including NPS, churn, LTV ultimately increasing the NRR.
  • You'll directly analyse data in order to inform business decisions.
  • You'll work on initiatives to optimise the customer lifecycle and increase the Customer Success team’s productivity
  • You’ll lead initiatives for new ways to tell great stories throughout the customer lifecycle, and across our site, product, knowledge base and other channels.
  • Last but not the least, Proposales is a startup, so expect to move out of your comfort zone.

About you:

  • You've been an early hire at a fast-growing SaaS start-up before, preferably in Growth or Product
  • You are able to code (at least do mockups and tweaks in HTML/JSX/CSS) so you can build what you design. An understanding of how things work behind the scenes goes a long way
  • You can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
  • You love getting to know new people and helping them solve their business problems
  • You have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and a passion for revenue and growth
  • You like innovation and organisation. You look for ways to improve processes and to work smarter, not harder. If there's a way to reduce redundant work, you're on it
