We're looking for a full-time Head of People & Talent to join our growing team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity for a born networker who thrives on helping others facilitate their dreams and goals while playing an instrumental role in continuing to grow our small team from the ground up. 

Your mission
No matter what we do, we are, above all, a people-driven company. We need someone who can work on the day-to-day operations and create and deliver a compelling people and talent vision and strategy for the longer term. You'll report directly to our CEO, Joakim Green, leading our People & Talent function and join our leadership group.

Your role
A true people person, you'll be the go-to person for all employees, and you'll work cross-functionally to implement initiatives, guidelines and processes for all things P&T related and ensure that we are living our culture.


  • People Operations: You will devise a smooth operating process for basic P&T Admin activities and liaise with third-party providers. You can advise the management on employment law and make sure we comply with all rules and regulations.
  • Recruitment: You will partner with hiring managers to find the right people and ensure that candidates have a great experience. You will be responsible for organising interviews, supporting the offer process and creating the employment contracts.
  • Onboarding: You will ensure that new joiners receive a full introduction to our culture and values and have all the necessary tools to be successful from day one.
  • Inspire & Empower: Design and lead inspiring development and engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance, people-first culture that supports our mission and business objectives.
  • Learning and People Growth: Put in place high-impact solutions to develop the team to its fullest potential.
  • Employee Experience: Ensure an optimal experience at every touch-point in the employee lifecycle.

About you

  • Experience in a mid-senior HR-related role across the whole employee lifecycle, including experience with contracts, payroll processing, recruitment and a good working knowledge of Swedish employment law.
  • You have strong experience developing a people function in a start-up or other fast-growth business.
  • Fluent English and full professional proficiency in Swedish.
  • You have a commercial mindset and bring proven problem solving and influencing skills.
  • You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves – but you also think about the longer-term business implications and requirements.
  • You are highly organised and can bring structure and clarity to anything.
  • You thrive in a job that moves quickly and are extremely comfortable with change.
  • You are a great communicator who enjoys presenting and can plan and execute training.
  • You are a confident G Suite user.
  • You have previous HRIS exposure and experience working with an ATS.
