Head of Partnerships (Hospitality)

At Proposales, we’re on a mission to shape the future of business proposals, replacing static documents by defining a new online standard fully powered by web technology (literally, a piece of internet infrastructure). We’re very excited to add a skilled and passionate Head of Partnerships as a key player within our hospitality vertical. This position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm.
A bit about the role
Let’s start with where we’re at. We’re a SaaS startup (soon a scaleup) with solid funding and customers in 25+ countries and planning to grow a lot more. We’re currently well established as the #1 proposal tool for hotels in the Nordics and a strong footprint in Europe, but at the same time we’ve only just begun. We have a lot more to cover in the hotel industry and we’re also on our way to add more business verticals.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on individual who excels in building and nurturing relationships to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in establishing and managing partnerships that drive growth and opens new markets.
Partnerships are essential for our global growth and play a key role in our Partnership-Led Sales approach. We already have strong relationships with Oracle Hospitality and Mews, and we aim to enhance these further. The Head of Partnerships will focus on strengthening and expanding these key alliances. As Head of Partnerships, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on partnership goals and ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
- Identify technical and commercial partners, negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits for both Proposales and our partners.
- Initiate and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners.
- Act as an expert point of contact for all things related to partnerships, ensuring deep engagement and activation.
- Assist the sales team with building a high-quality pipeline from our partnership channels
- Leverage strategic thinking and relationship-building skills to drive positive outcomes for our partners.
- Increase penetration in key verticals through deepening partnership relationships.
- Monitor overall partnership health metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of the product, product features, and upcoming developments.
- Develop, test, and iterate partnership strategies and engagement playbooks.

- You have a passion for building meaningful relationships and an engaging personality.
- Foundational sales skills and a track record of achieving performance goals.
- You enjoy in-depth technical and product discussions and are able to communicate these cross functionally.
- You are an exceptional communicator, adept at working with partners, as well as internal collaboration and reporting.
- You have a knack for innovation and organization, always looking for ways to improve processes and work smarter.
- Process driven and “high achiever”-mentality
- You have a strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- You are flexible and agile while also boosting exceptional project management skills
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Swedish. Other languages are seen as a plus.
